Privacy, disclosures & fair housing

Who we are

This website is operated by the Lucchesi & Katzin Realty Team: Jonathan Lucchesi (REALTOR®, CA DRE #02222239) and Matthew Katzin (REALTOR®, CA DRE #02350700), licensed with Century 21 Epic (CA DRE #02242126), Petaluma, California. Each Century 21 office is independently owned and operated.

What we collect

When you use a form, we collect what you choose to type. We also collect the visit and measurement data described below. There is no account system, no purchased data, and no collection beyond what is described here. Depending on the form, you may share:

  • Contact forms (home, buyers, sellers, contact hub): your name, a phone number or email, property links if you paste them, and your message.
  • Open-house sign-in: your name, a phone number or email, the property you visited, what brought you by, and whether you are already working with an agent.
  • Buyer questionnaire (a form we share with you directly after a conversation): contact details for you and any co-buyer, your current address, showing availability, how you plan to buy, pre-approval status, your lender's contact information and approved amount if you choose to share them, what you are looking for in a home, and where you want to search. Only your name and one way to reach you are required; every other field is optional.
  • Seller questionnaire (also shared directly): contact details for you and any co-owner, the property address, price expectations, mortgage balance, tenant and lease details, HOA dues, and showing preferences. The same rule applies: name and one contact method are required, everything else is optional.

We use what you send for one purpose — responding to you and representing you in real estate. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

How your information travels

Form submissions go over an encrypted connection to a Cloudflare service we control, which emails them to Jonathan and Matt. The services involved in forms and site visits:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers form email, and provides Turnstile, the spam check on our contact forms. Turnstile evaluates browser signals to tell people from bots; it does not track you across sites.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. We also use Google Analytics for site and advertising measurement, as described below.
  • Google: our email runs on Google Workspace, so messages you send us are stored there. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends Google the standard web-request data (your IP address and browser details) to fetch the font files.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement: we use Google Analytics to understand visits to the site and which visits lead to inquiries. It collects pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and whether a contact form was sent. We never send the contents of a form to Google Analytics.

    The tag sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* on this site. When you arrive from a Google ad, Google Ads click cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw may also be set to measure that visit.

    Google signals and ad personalization are turned off in our tag. We do not build advertising audiences or use cross-site remarketing. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

    If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, our Google tag does not load at all. You can also stop Google Analytics collection with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

  • YouTube: property films play through YouTube only after you choose to play them. Nothing loads from YouTube until you do.

If our form delivery is ever unavailable, the site may open your own email app with your message pre-filled so you can send it yourself. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

How long we keep it

Messages and questionnaires live in the team's email. We keep them for as long as we are working with you and as long as California brokerage record-keeping rules require. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email jonathan@lucchesikatzin.com or call 707-782-3897 and we will handle it directly — the same way we handle everything else.

You can still browse the site and contact us when you opt out of Google Analytics.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the revision date at the top.

Fair housing

We fully support the principles of the federal Fair Housing Act, the Equal Opportunity Act, and California fair housing law. We provide real estate services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, familial status, national origin, source of income, or any other protected characteristic — in every transaction, every neighborhood, every price point.
